I realize the office staff goes by what is plugged into the system. However, when i questioned the time of the move on the estimate, she said that was it according to what had been entered. However, as expected, the 7-8 hours she estimated took 4.5 hours. When I called to set up a future move with some added items, she estimated needing two crews and two trucks. There is no way, even according to your mover's comments that I will need that. Movers estimated another 1.5 hours more than 1st move. In summary, though glad it is in my favor, there seems to be a huge disconnect between estimates and actual.

All three gentlemen were professional and friendly. Will hire again in the future for sure.

I had two men and a truck move us in 2006. They are very careful and on time. They came in to assess the situation and got right to work. Very polite. I will use this company again and highly recommend them. Thank you! Cheryl

Our movers were absolutely professional and did an awesome job. We were blown away at how hard they worked and the level of care they took when packing and unpacking the truck with our things. We will highly recommend your services to anyone that needs them in the future.

Two men and a truck did a wonderful job moving my things I was very happy with the service. My only complaint was that one of the movers smelled like cigarettes and smoked in between moving my stuff from the old building to the new one

Martin & Chris were wonderful! They moved my furniture to garage so I can have my floors refinished. I will request them to come back and put things back. They were very professional & those boys worked very hard in 90 degree temps!! Very impressed!

All three of our movers were courteous, worked quickly and carefully, had a great attitude and were professionals. I would definitely use them again.

My name is Robert and my move to Illinois was seemless thanks to Jerry and Kevin. The team arrived exactly at 830am as they said they would. They were very confident in their expectations of the overall time needed and the overall logistics of that day and even the next. Both Kevin and Jerry were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Yet, they told us what we needed to do and didn't beat around the bush. I expect that and appreciate it. The next day they were again, right on time and very helpful. They moved everything into the proper room and was abnormally careful about the woodwork and walls. When I need two movers again, I want both Kevin and Jerry. My only regret is that I wasn't able to tip them more than I did. They deserve much more than what I offered. Thanks guys! You ROCK!!!
