In the middle of a pandemic - no masks, no gloves, no distancing from my family. Broken furniture and charged more than quoted. Employee asked to borrow my pen - unprepared.

Was upset due to not having me on the schedule after talking to them a month before and was told I was scheduled for 8 am on the 28 th then when I called to confirm the day before my move they said I was not on the schedule. I was to be out by 12 and they showed up at 2:45.???????? The moving team was amazing and very fast and so polite.
