Excellent experience from all aspects. Amber from the office was effective and friendly in answering all our questions and arranging the logistics of the move. The moving team of Aaron, Shane and Zane were great to work with. Very efficient and careful with our furniture, friendly and flexible to meet all our needs. I have no negative comments at all. They worked quickly, yet carefully, and I feel we received maximum benefit at a very fair price. I would highly recommended Two Men and a Truck in Waterloo to others.

Everything was great with the exception of getting ahold of a human. I had to call several times to make contact. Once the initial contact was made everything went well.

The office crew was professional & informative. The actual moving crew was proficient, easy to deal with, respectful and represented your company well. Crew chief was excellent. His right hand man appeared to be ready to step up and run his own crew. The third man was obviously less seasoned, but worked hard and efficiently.

Very helpful people in the office and the movers, also. Patient people in the office waiting for me to set a final move day. Movers very patient and flexible to work with storage area problems and wait for storage manager to arrive. Willing to do whatever was necessary to make the move work for me. Explained everything they did to protect my furniture and items. Explained the charges and adjusted the move cost because the time was shorter.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL THEY LEFT AND I FOUND OUT $220 WAS STOLEN,,,REPORTED TO POLICE,,,THEY'RE DOING FINGER PRINTS IN THE JAR THE $ WAS IN,,,IT'S BEING INVESTIGATED AND THE OFFICER HAS CONTACTED TWO MEN AND A TRUCK,,,SO, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

The movers, Logan and Kuae, were very pleasant, friendly and hard working. They had a positive attitude and answered all my questions. I had some difficulty with getting information via e-mails but when I talked with office staff, they were very helpful. I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I would not hesitate to call these guys. Linda
