For the most part, everything was good. 2 of the team members tried to do too much alone, moving furniture that should have been moved by 2 people to ensure nothing was damaged. This resulted in damage to a couple pieces of furniture, a shelving unit and a bedroom dresser.
Also some of the furniture was not properly padded which resulted in damage to a desk top.
I understood one team member was new and learning the trade. He needed a little more guidance or needed to listen to the other team members better.

They did a great job on the move, but they cracked the glass on my brand new washer & scratched the sides up where the stapes were. I did tell them before they touched the washer or dryer it was brand new & DO NOT SCARTH OR BREAK THE WASHER OR DRYER. The were a great team. I need my washer replaced please.

I have used 2 men and a truck several times. I have always been super impressed until this last move. The move started late and the guys didn't have the team work down like I had seen in the past. The move was slow. I moved 6 months ago and this move took 3 hours longer and I moved a lot of stuff on my own ahead of time!!! There was some minor damage, but due to the length of time and slowness of the crew it was more irritating than if it occurred with my other moves. A moving blanket was left on a table that was all fully shrink wrapped still. I have had 3 moves in 5 years and it has never taken over 4 hours. I was divorced and moved half of my belongings. It was disappointing and I will explore other options for future moves.

I was impressed with the quality of care given to all of my belongings that were moved especially the wrapping and protecting of All of my furniture...I was most concerned with the safety of my glass and brass curio cabinets, tables etc. but they all arrived safely...All three men were very respectful and receptive to suggestions!!
My one issue is the head worker filled out a Damage Report regarding several items but left both the white and yellow copy here with me...I found several more items that need attention as well after they left...I have tried many times today to reach someone per phone in Cedar Rapids but have been passed through to an answering machine, have left my phone numbers with no response...I purchased the extra protection insurance and am concerning myself about this!!

For the most part, I was happy with the service. However, there was a incident where there should have been a property damage report and I should have received a call which I never did. At the end of the move, I went to go look in the truck and there was still some of my stuff (odds and ends) still in the truck and they had left already. Also, they didn't ask if they could put the ramp back in the truck either--so they left it to me a 30 year old woman who is a new mom. I wasn't super impressed with that either.

The guys did a great job, very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the company.

The truck they used leaked in some water from rain and got some boxes wet. Fortunately, nothing was lost as a result. We had a small hole put in one of our sectional pieces, but we paid for the insurance.

I shared my experience with Greg the manager. Not positive he shared my point of view. Spoke to him at noon as well. Disappointed with lack of results. Hard job for employees in heat. Need to be prepared- tried to help properly hydrate.

Still trying to resolve damage issue.

I know our experience is not the norm; which is why disappointed.

Everything is unpacked, and I am missing some things, including a small bag and box of silver coins. Since the move was all of 2 miles, I can only assume they were lifted. Several scratches and dents appeared in furniture even tho move was very short, and all did not get fixed.

The movers followed my labels. They did damage a few things. I have not got the issues resolved through the office and my many calls. I am not concerned about knicks or scratches. I wanted the contact about a broken light and broken nightstands. The movers were easygoing it's the damage process I am worried about.

I was very happy over all with the experience. They did accidentally drop a very heavy sewing cabinet and broke the wheels off of it where it hit the ceramic tile going down a single step into a sunken living room. They were very unhappy that it happened, but I have not heard anything back about them being replaced as they said they would be. I would just like to know if it is being taken care of & get an update on it.
