We ran out of room in the truck which meant we didnt get everything moved, but that was probably my fault for underestimating how much stuff I had. The guys were great. Very serious and yet seemed to have fun working.

There were two issue that I feel could be improved upon: 1) I was told the truck would be coming from your Waterloo location and should arrive between 8:30 and 8:45 ... in fact the team who moved us came from Cedar Rapids and nobody called to tell us of the delayed arrival which was about an hour later than expected. 2) Your phone system needs improvement. When I 1st called I pressed the prompt and was directed to your Maryland office. When I called to ask about the time delay on moving day the lady I spoke with (Kathy) said she would check and get back to me. After 1/2 hour I called back to the same number and reached a person named Elliot who was very helpful but said there was no Kathy at this number ... not sure what is up with your phone, but it's not working right.

Moving is very stressful, but the movers were very kind, quiet, and extremely courteous. They lowered our stress immediately. They also worked very quickly and safely in spite of the heat and humidity.

I live in Urbandale. My dad lives in Waterloo and was relocating to a retirement campus close to his home in Waterloo. Close for him but not close for me. Making arrangements for this created some stress for me. Your team removed all that. I knew I made the right choice as soon as I made the call, polite, accommodating, Scheduling to meet my needs instead of theirs. Ryan and Cody rock! Plus I received a follow up call from the office during the move. I have worked as a salesperson at the John Deere dealership in Urbandale for the past 22+ years. I get customer service. The people at Two Men and a Truck get customer service!!! You made this easy. Thank you! Bill
