There were some wood chippings on the bottom of my dresser from the movers loading it into the truck. Some things they worked too quick on and were more worried about speed over quality. They stacked my goods inside a storage unit differently than what I had asked them to do but overall, they were courteous and helped me finish moving out.

I was pleased with the movers although they were a little rough with some of the items and had minor damage to a couple of things. Having experience in furniture moving business I made the assessment.
Remind them that regardless of the item it should be properly wrapped/padded and strapped to prevent damage during transportation. Overall I was satisfied with the movers and service and would recommend this service.

My tv is damaged, most of my furniture was scratched / scuffed or broken and the movers left half of the furniture because of a few ants and then charged me for the time they took to go back and get it and drop it off again, I am upset I had to pay for the roughly 1 1/2 hours of them having to go back and get the stuff they should have brought on the first trip. My furniture was damaged and handled poorly, I will not ever be using Two Men and a Truck again.

Only one of the three mover seemed to be experienced. Someone knocked a ding in my wall that I reported but have yet to receive a call back.

The movers did not handle my property properly. They were throwing few things around. When I moved to my new location, various items were broken. They broke a set of glassware even though it said in the box it was crystal and fragile. Extremely upset with the movers. They broke other items because they were not handling my boxes with care.

Movers worked quickly but after they left we found things that were not completed, such as mirror not installed on dresser & handle on frig was not completely installed, one handle came off in my hand, it was not tightened.

It was a good experience but the guys broke a leg on my chester drawers and scratched it up pretty good on one side but the way they put it in the corner it wasnt noticeable until we moved it the way we wanted it and by then I already signed the paperwork stating no damages. The guys had really good attitudes and overall it was a good experience. We would use them again we just know to check everything before we sign the paperwork now. You live and learn.

Several pieces of furniture were put together wrong, they hid parts of furniture in the closet after I asked them to assemble a desk. The desk was not put together correctly, the drawers do not work correctly and pieces were not put on the desk. They placed an antique mirror on the antique dresser without screwing it on. TV stand was not bracketed together. Bed was put together without some of the braces and none of the screws. It appears that the leaf in my dining room table was dropped on one of the corners and it is damaged. They put a hole in one of my doors and dented A wall, They broke an umbrella stand in half. They were very nice but acted extremely tired and careless. I am not satisfied with the service I was provided. I will have to hire someone to put together my desk.

Overall was a good experience. Had a couple of hiccups and some damage to both homes. Everything was repaired in a timely manner and as good as before. Accidents do happen and they went over and above to make sure our properties were taken care of to our satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing movers.

I have used 2M&T 3x in the last 6 years and this was the worst experience. I have broken dishes, and hired to pack entire kitchen and I still had to pack the kitchen as well. Bed scratched on the sideboard, and the mover told the guy to turn so I didn’t see it, broke two legs on one of my chairs. The driver have you to sign and initial Prior to moving! Columbus 2M&T wasn’t professional when I called to say the entire kitchen wasn’t packed.
