For us older people, please do not put heavy boxes on top of furniture cause we can not pick up to move. Also, stop putting boxes on furniture as they scratch the surface! Learn to hook up washer Corte fly as mine is hooked upped backwards and ran my first wash in hot water when it should have been been cold. Also, stop asking for tips!! It's rude. Cathy

Had 1 box of Fragile dished broken in the move, other than that everything went according to plan and we were happy with the move.

We’re supposed to show up at 830 but had a broken truck so did not show up until 11 - they did communicate during time but reality is I had to go to work in afternoon and this was a huge inconvenience. They came in late amd were rushing and unprepared. They did not have the tools needed to move refrigerator and as they trued to load it they dropped it off the truck. Thank God it didn’t kill the guy
Moving as it was a very scary thing to watch. I still have a broken refrigerator in my garage almost a month later I am waiting for final resolution and still need to have it
Moved inside house for use . I think my fridge should be fixed, moved to were it was supposed to be moved And I should be refunded for the money paid. I am considering raising a chargeback for services.

We have boxes of good china, bowls, everyday dishes that were not opened in our presence. They did a fairly good job, very nice, but toward the end got a little sloppy and did not do some things they said they would do.
Broke wheel on rolling cart
Did not wrap mattress on king bed, mattress cover was dirty.
Did not remove wrap from things wrapped. Left all dining room chairs wrapped.
Did not put mirror on dresser
Did not put glass shelves in china cabinet.
Did not take clothes from 7 boxes after saying they would. Were placed in the closet turned opposite of trying to get the clothes out.
Scratches on end of foot board in 2 places.

They moved my 70 inch tv before and cracked the screen. They said I should have called about it within 48 hours. This time they unwrapped things we already had wrapped. They didnt wrap none of my furniture. They collected more boxes than heavy furniture cause they supervisor advised them to just get the stuff and make a second trip in which they never did because of DOT and timing, they did pay me back one hour of services which we had to rent a trailer and continue the move ourselves for two more consecutive days.

I have a curio cabinet that they did not attach wood back on top of cabinet. So far i have found on door facing and floor in same area is scratched, in master bedroom flooring is scratched. I had house painted and new flooring put it in before moving in. The guy who did that is new with your company. He needs to ask for help when he is having difficulty getting the piece of furniture in through a door. The other scratch is in different room. I'm not sure who did that. For the packing of all and with the guys, I'm very satisfied. Thank you!

They did not listen to my direction, they were not care with my furniture...left chips in almost every piece. Can not find my fire stick or the controller...not were they said it was. This was the third time I use them and they were not good. They were fast and friendly. This was the worst experience moving.

I had never done a move across state lines before, but Two Men and a Truck made it easy and comfortable. Only one item was slightly broken, which was amazing since our stuff filled the truck. The workers were polite, extremely fast, and highly motivated. They had a positive attitude the whole time despite the heat and made a very stressful experience much easier than I ever thought possible. In one day and done by noon, out the next day and done by noon! Other companies told me it wouldn’t be possible to move us in one day and out the next, but Two Men were honest and quicker than even I expected. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend them

The movers were super nice and worked quickly. We were only disappointed with seeing how they treated our furniture. The edges of probably half our furniture are damaged, scratched, crushed, chipped from the way that the team handled it during the move and how it was packed on the truck.
