damage consisted of broken light / fixture at moving from location and "sliced fabric" on recliner most probably due to knife when cutting wrapping material from around said recliner

Overall, the process was good and the crew was outstanding.However, the only negative was the final communication ( or lack of). We were given an estimate of based on the estimated weight between 1200 - 1600lbs. We paid a deposit based on 1600lbs and was expecting to hear from the office that morning to let us know the exact weight, cost, etc. Didn’t hear anything. After the crew had finished and left, we received a text with the invoice for the remaining balance. But no call explaining charges or asking how
things went. We don’t dispute any charges, but when the cost of the job is based on an estimated weight, we should have been contacted.

Everything went smoothly the move was great and the movers were very pleasant to work with

This is the 5th time using Two Men and A Truck. That in itself ought to be a testimonial, but the experience, professionalism, work ethic and overall satisfaction of this company, and especially the team of Gerald and Mason, is OUTSTANDING! If you are considering a move, either local or distance, this company gets my endorsement "to the power of 10" !

The men were very courteous and worked the entire time they were on the premises.

One of the men’s was smart and the other that was driving the truck was lazy broke my aquarium then took 25 minutes to figure out how to move my king size bed then afterwards charge me for his delinquency.

It wasn’t a good day for moving because of the rain, but we had significant damage to our wood floors and some of the furniture. We also had a couple of glass shelves come up missing which are going to cost $100+ to replace. They also left a refrigerator behind and had to travel 50 miles round trip to go get it, leaving only three workers to unload the 2nd truck. As the day went on, the workers became tired and careless. We would not use your company again, and would not recommend. We are very disappointed in the service and frustrated with what they did to our floors and furniture.

My overall experience was okay. We did have a few pieces of furniture that were scratched up and one piece of furniture was broken.
