Our movers were so nice ! Great guys who were super efficient and careful with all of our items. Very helpful when placing items into the rooms

Willie and his sidekick were an amazing team. Willie was thorough with paperwork and personable. I appreciate them helping me with the one thing I was dreading seem seamless ! I hope I won’t be moving anytime in the near future but if I do I’ll definitely call again !

When at the apartment that we were getting my stuff from, they were living my things and then just left without telling me. They left and they didn’t even get everything that I told them to get. So I had to call them and tell them to turn back around. I was unaware that they didn’t get anything that I asked them to get out of my closet. Then once we got to the house we we were moving my stuff to, they dropped one of the boxes that had glasses in it and broke some and chipped some others. All they had to do was store and stack my things. When I went back to look at how they stacked, they didn’t at all. It was strewed our everywhere and I ended up having to lift and move and rearrange the furniture all by myself. I really was not satisfied with my service. They were nice, though.

The movers moved everything. They didn't break anything; however they hooked up the washing machine but failed to put the gasket in the hose so I had a pretty bad leak unknowingly. Also the mover gave me one price. The man Tyrone in the office gave me a different price. When I asked Tyrone to give me clarity on the price, he said he would but of course never followed back up with me. My first experience with this company was good, but this last experience was unprofessional and uncaring about the quality of work and customer service given to myself, a paying customer. I guess nothing matters after they received my money.

Overall experience was great! They arrived on time, went over paperwork and went to work packing furniture with care. The destination was down a dirt road and they weren't able to get right up to the door so they had little bit of distance to carry the furniture. Most of the furniture was heavy (Paul Bunyan type) and then it started raining. They just went to work and did what they had to do. They were awesome. Great attitudes and very professional. All of the furniture arrived with no breaks or damage. The price was economical especially for the time and work put in. I have another move coming up and I'm definitely going to try and request Team Rowe and Brandin.

The guys were great in dealing with an expectedly difficult move. It was also great that additional guys were able to be sent to make sure my move happened on time.

My moving team was FABULOUS! I moved my mother's estate from her apartment and delivered the furniture to each of my sons and other family member. This was 4 stops after loading up from my mother's apartment. The men loaded all my mother's estate then unloaded items at son #1, then loaded furniture at son #2, then took all the furniture to son #2's new home. Then last stop Box Springs. It is August and we had many stops to make and I wanted to get 3 movers to prevent them from being so exhausted in this Georgia heat. My team was Mr. Green, Big Mike and Tony. What polite and kind men! They were personable and no requested task was denied. All 3 men were friendly and accommodating. My furniture was cared for and set up exactly as it was prior to the move. I definitely will use them again!

Thanks to Rick and Sanks our belongings made it all the way from Ga to Tx. These gentleman were professional, fast, and efficient. Keep them on the team!!!

Not a single box was marked with which room the box came from. I had over 30 boxes piled up and no idea on where to put them. I had to open each box to identify what was inside, so I knew where to put it, which is very time consuming. This is the first time during all my moves, that boxes were not labeled with LR, KT, DR or whatever room it came out of. Also, the boxes, which are clearly made to identify what side is top and what side is bottom, was totally disregarded. Half the boxes were packed upside down.
