<div>Hello Ms Blocker<br/>We appreciate the opportunity to have discussed this concern with you on your move day on March 29th where we arrived at 8:30am within our arrival window of 8am-9am. We did not charge for the 30 minutes of concern where our employees were busy preparing for the move at dispatch. We would never charge a customer for anytime they did not use. Also, being your 4th move with us over the last 5 years, nothing has changed with our service charges over that timeframe.
