The movers charged for two trips, specifically to return for items that didn’t fit in the truck for the first trip. The movers returned with a small load consisting of our skis, and a few boxes and bags and did not tell us about the items that they had left behind
We returned to our house expecting only to only retrieve our plants & TVs. We spent hours on Friday night moving these items that were left behind by the movers.
VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
<div>Mr. Whitmore,<br/>We reviewed your concerns. While not mentioned in the review, it appears that your representative was present on move day providing direction to our TEAM. We strongly suggested at scheduling that based on your items and contents, that you utilize 4 men and 2 trucks to relocate your items, which you declined. To assist our TEAM, we provided a 3rd TEAM member to your move for 8 hours at No charge. This saved you $280.00 of unbilled service time. If you were present, we could have spoke directly to you should you have had suggestions, so we went off the instructions of your representative to take and leave items in specific areas. You may want to discuss this with the person you left in charge to oversee your relocation as a whole.
