Guys were asked to pack move everything from next door to the exact same room. They did not pack anything in boxes, left things in the previous address and placed them anywhere particularly in the front on the kitchen counter. I’m 8 months pregnant and there was a reason we asked for this level of service.

The group that moved us were very nice, and hard workers. They put things where the needed to go without question. John was very entertaining and was awesome in the way he loaded and unloaded. Very fast and with care. I believe he deserves a raise. lol He was super nice.

I had Jay and Tod and they were wonderful. I will ask for them again when I use the service. I am a home stager so it is not a typical move in that things go to storage and things move around within the same house. They were flexible and pleasant to work with. A super team. The service they provided was exactly what I needed, a perfect match. Thanks Jay and Tod.

The two man team was a new team first day the 2 of them worked together. The main guy was excellent he moved very quickly and did 95 percent of the work by himself. The second guy wa anew and I could tell his speed was slow but he was very nice and recpectful. The only other thing I had an issue with is the language that the main guy was using it was extremely vulgar and I understand being upset stresses etc but if my child had been there i would have had to ask them to leave. It was making me very uncomfortable with the things he was saying.

Excellent. Have used four times in the last two years for our move and my parents' two moves from out of town to local. Will use again this week, service is outstanding and professional so far. Only glitch this recent time was miscommunication between main office and local office regarding scheduling, but the local office was extremely courteous and did their best to explain the error that happened due to lack of communication from corporate who erroneously confirmed scheduling without checking local availability, and local office worked with us. Movers each time were great.
