The king & queen beds were not put together correctly, they took apart my twins cribs incorrectly & then declined to put them back together. I understand why though, when I went to put them together they were broken & screws were missing. There was a lot of down time that I was charged for, it rained for almost 2 hrs (they only deducted 1hr) & the 7 min trip from the 1st location to the 2nd took 30 min. Also we didn’t start at 9am either. Customer service should have let me know they weren’t experienced at taking & putting furniture apart because a dining room table was left at the 1st location. They couldn’t take it apart to put on the truck so I have to make arrangements to get it by other means when I very well paid you all more than you were worth. I called to complain, nobody answered

I feel like the day was a complete fiasco. My furniture was damaged my walls where damaged. The broke knobs off my washer and I was fortunate to find it at my storage unit on the ground. They lost the hardware to my daughters crib. It overall was stressful, unorganized, and unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience. First, I couldn’t get in touch with anyone in the office and always had to leave a message, which was returned maybe half the time. The movers arrived 2 hours early. They rushed through the move due to hour restrictions and did not wrap all the furniture like they said they would. I had to make them lunch and buy Gatorade because they hadn’t eaten.The truck broke down and I had to stay in a hotel because my delivery was delayed a day. Several things were damaged because they were not loaded into the rental truck well and were not ever wrapped. The movers were nice but unapologetic and angry I was upset with the state of my furniture. Overall the communication was poor and the treatment of my property was terrible. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Overall okay experience. Movers were nice and ready to work with, however they did "ding" up the doorway on our home pretty badly because that did not feel like removing the feet on our couch. The home is a new construction so my spouse is pretty angry.

Besides my table being broken everything was great.

The movers were great. But i did have some minor damage to my steps... Waiting on them to respond.

I'm not sure where to start... Didnt think I would ever be asked about my satisfaction with the services... The movers had the worse attitude, one mover came in my house with a black & mild in his hand & cut t-shirt on. He mumbled and complained the entire time. He continued to curse because my furniture was heavy. They moved so slow I told them to just get the furniture and GET OUT! I had to rent a uhaul the next day to get the remainder of my belongings. I recently purchased a brand new home that nobody had ever been in but guess what the movers did... Scratched my walls, cracked my walls, and the cut t-shirt guy has sweat all over my walls.. They drag my brand new dresser across the floor and the result of that the paint rubbed off the corner, running out of characters but so much more!

The movers were very professional. They handled my property with care.

It was a great experience. The men were on time and very professional. They completed the work before time and the care of my furniture and items was wonderful. I had heard that Two Men and a Truck was excellent. Now I know that for myself.

Great crew that took care of my household items, easy to work with and made the experience LESS stressful, and even fun! The way they protected all of our stuff, packed it securely, loaded and unloaded was top notch.
