The 2 men were nice, however, they didn't have the tools needed to take a bed apart. They broke the stand for my TV, and a part of the bed. They fiddled with their ramp for nearly an hour before finally moving the truck at a better angle, and I am the one who had to pay more. They also stretched their time so I would be billed for another hour.

Thank you Sheri for your feedback. We do provide tools to all our teams and apologize if we did not have the correct tool to take your bed apart. It appears it required a special tool provided by the manufacture. While moving, our team works diligently to move both efficiently and safe. We apologize and look forward to addressing your TV stand and bed and can assure you we do not try to bill more than what is needed to complete the move. However, at times, if we need to review bill totals and time, we will do so. We appreciate your feedback and for sharing your thoughts and concerns with us.
