The mover brough 8 rolls of tape and neglected to tell us we could use their tape to tape up already packed boxes so those boxes could be included/ added to the rest of our items that were in the moving truck-Grayson GA. Instead we had to make our own seperate 8trips to load & unload our own boxes to the Snellville GA rental which we didn't finish till 8:45pm Saturday 12/29/2018.

The 5 men worked VERY hard and I was VERY pleased with the work until I found something missing. Our coin jar that was a 2 foot tall Coca-Cola plastic bottle is no where to be found. I’m sorry but I think it never made it off the truck. How do I process a claim. We had about $200+ of coins in that container.

This was my first experience with Two men and a truck!
It was a very short distance and affordable.

The move went fine and the movers were very efficient and professional. However, there was damage to one of my furniture items and it was brought to the shop. I was told it would only take a few days to fix, but a week later, I have not been contacted. I followed up via phone and was notified that the person over damages is still on vacation. It is somewhat disappointing that such a large company would not have a backup person available who could give me an update on when my item will be repaired and ready for delivery.

My experience with 2 men & a truck was a very good one. The gentlemen did exactly what they were hired to do. They had very good attitudes and I thought did an extremely good job moving my belongings. I would definitely recommend 2 men & a truck for anyone who needs to move. I certainly will use them again if I every need moving.

Excellent from beginning to end. Office and sales staff were super friendly and accommodating. Movers were diligent, careful and cheerful despite having to work 10 hour days to get it finished. This is the kind of old school customer service and accountability that is difficult to find anymore. I would not hesitate to recommend Two Men and Truck to friends and family.
