I rated my whole experience as excellent! This was the first time I used Two Men & a Truck and I was totally impressed with the service I received from the first call to the two fantastic movers walking out the door after moving furniture, etc. Raymond and Derek are an awesome team and when I move anything again - I want them back again. They were totally professional, sincere, polite, and funny! The ladies that helped with my first call to set up the move, and the nice lady who helped me change the location where the furniture was to be dropped off - everyone who helped me was also totally professional, extremely polite, and sincere. All excellent traits - and I hope you let this team/staff know how much I appreciated their help with this move. Thank you...

Valentine, Avery, Jimmy, OC, Larry, Melvin and JT showed up on time at 9:30, and went right to work. There was a lot of laughing and joking and seven rooms of furniture, clothes and miscellaneous possessions, a ton or so of machines and tools and three tons (no kidding) of books were onboard three trucks by noon. It's only six miles to our new house, so by 3:30 and with more joking, seven rooms of furniture were in the house and positioned as well as we could manage, the clothes and possessions were where we wanted them, and a ton or so of machines and tools and three tons of books were in the garage where they will stay temporarily pending the finishing of the basement. There was absolutely no breakage, no damage to our possessions or either house, and we couldn't be more pleased.

Dear " Two Men And A Truck " ;

I had a very nice experience with my move from " Two Men And A Truck " . The 2 gentlemen were on time and courteous . And they called a few minutes early ; when they were on the way . And , the workers were both competent and efficient .
The move was quick and painless . I did notice a 10-pack of packing boxes missing . I had bought 3 of these 10-packs of moving boxes , from Walmart , on the way . I had 2 of these 10-packs , at the end of my move . Right up front .
I was looking for the other 10-pack , and they said that it might be under a pile of items . Hum .

Hereinsofar : Over at my Storage Locker ; the Manager is wanting to know if he could recommend Your Office . I said , they were pretty good .

As I said earlier Your logo says two men and a truck but I felt I had 4 Men and a truck with these two guys They worked continueusly from the time they arrived (on time) until they finished.I have another move scheduled and look forward to the same great service

It was a hard move. Even with 3 men they tired. Quote was for 4.5 to 6.5 hours, it took 10. Last three hours were not as productive as first two due to fatigue. This resulted in extra $$ cost when done on an hourly rate. Job should have been done in 8 hours but extra time due to fatigue more than movers not staying to task.
Overall, great job!
Two Men came in the next day when another mover failed to show up or call. Thanks!!! This saved a week that could have been a disaster.

Had used them before. Forgot how sad the previous experience was, so I tried them again. Their hourly rate was comparable. However, the workers lacked 'hustle' in my opinion. Only one guy actually did the bulk of the work.

Great experience. The staff were helpful, and the movers were very kind and respectful. The only thing that could have been improved was the speed of the movers. It felt like the job could have been done a little more quickly.
