The crew went to work right away and didn't stop until the job was done. They worked as a team and took great care of my belongings. I can't praise them enough!! Will recommend your company to everyone I know!

The movers were very nice hard working people. However, after the move I discovered several unsatisfactory situations. My office desk arrived with a broken drawer, my son's storage cabinet arrived with a broken/damaged shelf. The most disappointing and unforgivable aspect of the move was discovering my sleep number bed was rebuilt wrong, was not functioning properly, and had missing parts. The very first question I asked customer service before booking was, "Are your movers able to disassemble and reassemble a sleep number bed?" I was told yes and its done all the time. I had to take the entire bed apart and start from scratch and I am still missing vital parts.

My furniture was destroyed and when I called to speak with
a manager the guy that destroyed my furniture pretend he was the manager . He couldn't explain the contract to me at all.he also was the driver and destroyed my neighbor yards driving on the grass. They have him on camera. They load the truck so tight that a lot of my furniture hot messed up. I kept telling them the truck was pack to tight to make another trip but it went on dead ears. One of the guys destroyed my dinning room table. He put a screw all the way through the table now I have a screw sticking up through my table. Even my refrigerator was damaged on the side from them forcing stuff in the truck.

They mess up my chairs my antique cedar chest broke the arm on my wooden swing broke the antique lamp up in the ceiling of the stairs scratch the bottom of my dresser I would like very much for someone to get back with me I have talked to someone was supposed to say me a phone where I can send pictures and nobody has done anything I am very high upset and I'm planning on getting a lawyer if you do not get with me sell this this mess I'm sorry but I am not going to let my furniture be messed up and nobody helped me get it fixed thank you have a

The movers provided excellent service; however, one of the movers scratched up a section of my wood floors moving the treadmill. Although a damage report was filed, I haven't received a call from the office on how the damage is going to be repaired.

The movers did not appropriately wrap all my furniture, or handle my furniture in a respectful way. At times one of them had an attitude or would ignore my request to be careful with my stuff. I have used the service 4 times before and those other guys came prepared with tools to do the job, the handled the furniture with care instead of one person man handling a washer and scratching up the outside and breaking off one of the feet. The previous guys were more knowledgeable at how best to pack the truck and making sure they staged the furniture to best pack and unload the truck. We have to move again in the future and will not be using your service. I found too much damage to my furniture after the fact because it was not appropriately cared for.

The movers showed up on time, communicated well and were kind. The only issue i have is returning to my previous address and seeing several scratches in the floors where furniture has been dragged. Really wished this didn't happen. But overall, the guy's did a decent job.

Some minor damages, completed damage report, have not heard anything about it
