Everyone was pleasant during what can be an incredibly stressful time. Matt in the office was a pleasure to speak with and provided an accurate quote. Marcus and James were fast and careful with my stuff. This was the best moving experience I've had. Thank you for making this easy for me.

Office staff failed to add my wardrobe boxes and TV boxes for my move. Very disappointed that I had to move my clothes on my own.

The move went very well. I explain to the guys that it was very important to me to keep my move under two hours and they made sure that happened. Kudos to James and I can’t remember (forgive me) the other guys name who seems like the lead because he explained everything to me. They did a great job. The only problem I had, and it’s mainly on my part, was when the travel time charge was explained to me, I thought it was included in the overall price. Again it was explained to me by customer service.

I am disgusted by the fact that your movers said they were an hour and 20 minutes away at 2:59 and did not show up until 640 in the evening. I asked for a manager to call me the next day and no one has called yet. I will never use you nor will I ever refer anyone to you.

Excellent, outstanding and superb service from start to finish. Our moving team of James and Demarcus were great examples of professional movers and such nice guys as well. They were on time - both for packing up and unloading three days later in a different state - careful with our goods and got along well with each other which is important when you’re part of a team. Mr. & Mrs. F.

Superior and quality service from my first phone call to the completion of the move. Everyone was extremely helpful and made the moving process so easy. The movers faced challenges like a refrigerator that was to big to get into the house, large furniture, and difficult entrances. The movers were efficient with their time and had excellent personalities. We did not expect the quality of service we received. We felt that everyone went above and beyond what we expected.

The insurance for your move was not explained very good. The movers damaged my $4000.00 TV and the General manager told me that she could send me a check for $118 dollars, this is obsurd and very offensive that thus company did not insure that my house holds were packaged and stored properly. I initially signed the waiver for insurance for the packing of my items, however, I didn't sign the form again when they were moving my items. In short, I have never heard of a company being bonded and insured but I have to recoop the cost of my damaged items.
