One large piece of furniture is missing; several piece of furniture was scratched and had trim pieces missing. Jewelry box was damaged. I was told moving blankets would be removed from pieces once they were put in storage; but I was amazed at amount of damaged. If I recommend your service it would come with the recommendation to buy your own blanket or not to let Two Men and a Truck store. Your staff was polite and completely will to help.

My 2 movers were good! But they had to go down 2 flights and up 3, only 1 breezeway over. they said someone marked I had an elevator. I don’t! I had a sleeper sofa which I called office and reiterated that I had sleeper and at least 30 boxes with just a one bedroom and many stairs. After 4 hrs they said I was going over my time. Your company should have sent 3 men. With so many stairs. I had to call the maintenance here at my complex and I paid them after they were off to move the rest. I have a history of open heart surgery so I could not do this on my own. My new couch was not covered when moved and has a giant stain. Also my new bed has black all down the side! So no I will hire privately next time or wrap my furniture myself! Which I was told was a service included so I didn’t wrap

Customer service was overall good, but it was difficult getting a call back from the office. Friendly staff. Movers were very nice and courteous, but they damaged several custom furniture pieces by failing to properly protect them and then turning them on their sides on concrete surfaces. They also would leave the residence without communicating departure. We chose to get insurance in case of damage with a $300 deductible, and what do you know—the damage was assessed at just below $300... :( Overall, the experience would have been good had it not been for these issues.

Noticed some scars on wood floor of the steps and a couple on furniture is why i couldn't give an excellent rating. The guys were nice and had good attitudes.

Overall good. Premise letter said I could leave clothes in drawers. One guy visibly complained about this. I pointed out the letter’s wording. Damage was done to hardwood floors and walls. I have yet to hear from the office regarding the damages.

Excellent move. Except movers broke our dining room table leg of 2 year old 1,000 table.

The movers damaged our front door on the home we were moving out of and appeared to try to cover it up. They did not report it to us. We discovered it after they had loaded the truck. The door handle on the refrigerator was also damaged and it was not reported to us either. After the issue with the front door was reported to the movers they were so concerned with having additional damage reported they made little effort to move the fridge into the new home. They left the fridge outside without reattaching the handles, maybe because they were damaged. I had to ask them to put a recliner back together that they moved in two pieces. The office mgr Taurean made no attempt to repair the front door before we closed on the sale 5 days later and he never returned our messages on the fridge damage.

The only negative was they did not wrap or protect my items before loading them onto the truck! (sofa, mattress, chair legs, etc) It is unsanitary to put mattresses, sofas, etc on the truck without wrapping them, bc it exposes them to the movers sweat, dirt, bugs, germs, etc (& possible bed bugs from a previous move) I was not aware that my furniture was being loaded "as is" until about 80% of my items were already on the truck. When i noticed i did ask them 2 start wrapping items, which they did. The sales team said this service was provided BOTH of the times i inquired about it, but it did not happen! Had i known this, i would have went with another company or took the time to wrap & protect all my items beforehand.

At the end of the move I was frustrated and angry. I moved a two bedroom apt a total of 13 miles and it took 8 hours to complete the move. This was more than a two man job. Worst--the movers stole a jar full of coins. Very disappointing..

We take accusations of theft very seriously. Please contact your local authorities and file a police report. We will assist them in any way that they see fit, but they are best suited to handle accusations of this kind. We will make the guys available and assist them should they see fit.
