Overall good. Premise letter said I could leave clothes in drawers. One guy visibly complained about this. I pointed out the letter’s wording. Damage was done to hardwood floors and walls. I have yet to hear from the office regarding the damages.

Excellent move. Except movers broke our dining room table leg of 2 year old 1,000 table.

The movers damaged our front door on the home we were moving out of and appeared to try to cover it up. They did not report it to us. We discovered it after they had loaded the truck. The door handle on the refrigerator was also damaged and it was not reported to us either. After the issue with the front door was reported to the movers they were so concerned with having additional damage reported they made little effort to move the fridge into the new home. They left the fridge outside without reattaching the handles, maybe because they were damaged. I had to ask them to put a recliner back together that they moved in two pieces. The office mgr Taurean made no attempt to repair the front door before we closed on the sale 5 days later and he never returned our messages on the fridge damage.

The only negative was they did not wrap or protect my items before loading them onto the truck! (sofa, mattress, chair legs, etc) It is unsanitary to put mattresses, sofas, etc on the truck without wrapping them, bc it exposes them to the movers sweat, dirt, bugs, germs, etc (& possible bed bugs from a previous move) I was not aware that my furniture was being loaded "as is" until about 80% of my items were already on the truck. When i noticed i did ask them 2 start wrapping items, which they did. The sales team said this service was provided BOTH of the times i inquired about it, but it did not happen! Had i known this, i would have went with another company or took the time to wrap & protect all my items beforehand.

At the end of the move I was frustrated and angry. I moved a two bedroom apt a total of 13 miles and it took 8 hours to complete the move. This was more than a two man job. Worst--the movers stole a jar full of coins. Very disappointing..

We take accusations of theft very seriously. Please contact your local authorities and file a police report. We will assist them in any way that they see fit, but they are best suited to handle accusations of this kind. We will make the guys available and assist them should they see fit.

There was a misunderstanding when I booked my move. I had much more property to move than what the office staff communicated to the moving staff. This made the moving staff very unhappy, and they complained about the duration and difficulty of the move constantly. Worse yet, they did not handle my property with care. They did not take the time to wrap more than a few items with blankets. There was a stack of folded blankets remaining in their truck when the job was finished. They all should have been used but weren’t. As a result, I am finding lots of dings and scrapes on my belongings. No major damage, but now there is wear and tear that did not need to be there. As one of many examples, my six pricey dining room chairs were not protected but were stacked and bare. Use the blankets!

The moving team smelled like alcohol. The driver ran into the storage unit building where my things were moved and left without reporting it. Owner of storage unit saw it on camera and called me the next day to find out about the movers. Completely unacceptable to hit a building and drive off!!!

They were all professional and treated my belongings and my family as if they really did care. It’s great to see that kind of service still exists. There was, though, a little damage to our home that we are still waiting for the reimbursement. Please advise on that.
