I was very pleased with the whole move. Robert in the sales office made setting up the move easy. Demarcus, Ronnie, Malcom, London, and Dez were amazing moving and packing up the trucks. My driveway is a big hill and they never once complained and were always so polite to me and my mother. I have already recommended them to my friends. Thanks for doing such a great job!!

Asked for a certain team, was told 2 of the 3 that I requested would be who was assigned…3 completely different guys showed up. Same move as previous that took 5-6 hours took 10 hrs costing me much more than anticipated. Crew members were very nice but not very organized which led to not fitting all of my stuff on the truck and me having to move the rest myself…what I was ultimately paying $2k for

We always try to accommodate same crew requests, but unfortunately operationally that was not possible with this move. I am also sorry to hear that not all of your items could fit within the confines of the truck for this move.
