Moving crew was VERY late to my house. They arrived at 10:40am and I was told they would be there between 8:30 and 9:00am. Also, it took them a very long time to drive from the pick up spot (Macedonia Road) to the drop off location (near Grant Park in downtown Atlanta) I left 30 minutes after them, made a 25 minute stop and still arrived before they did??

The initial review and discussion with the office staff was simple and throughly explained. The crew arrived on time and started asking for direction from us along with accessing the items to be moved. Three out of four of the crew members were positive and hard working. There was one member that was negative and did not apply any finesse. I saw him several times hit walls and take boxes marked fragile placed upside down on the dolly. I did not appreciate the phone call I received after the job was complete asking me to give high scores because they would address the issues with that employee. Addressing the issue and having the issue occur are two different things.

One piece was damaged, noted on mover’s report and I mentioned it to office staff yet no one has followed up with me to resolve. The movers cancelled on the day of my move and rescheduled for next morning, yet they showed up at 2:30. It made our move very stressful and really put us in a bind with our moving deadline.

Very disappointed with my move. No site survey was done, despite my being VERY descriptive with the size and volume of my move, and of course the two trucks they filled out were full. TONS of damage to my furniture, boxes not unloaded in the right rooms because they ran out of time so someone had to come back the following day to finish. And more and more and more went wrong...definitely would NOT recommend Two Men and a Truck for large household moves under any circumstances.

The movers were fantastic! They were careful, courteous, and efficient! When we move again, I’d be likely to ask for them again specifically!

I was told that the movers would come directly to Mt Pleasant for delivery, but they did not deliver until the following day. We had an 830 appointment for delivery, but they arrive an hour late.
I was left to make arrangements to find accommodation Friday night at the last minute. Better communication should have been provided prior to the move.

The guys that we had were amazing! They were very professional and they had us all moved in an exceptional time. We recommend Two Men and a Truck to everyone

The team arrived on time, were very professional and polite and quickly got to work. They finished ahead of time and everything arrived safe and sound. We were incredibly happy with their performance and would absolutely use Two Men and a Truck again.
