The two movers that showed up were professional and friendly. They wouldn't let us lift anything heavy. They worked hard and fast throughout the move. My wife loved them so much, she wanted to stay friends with them after the move. :-)

Horrible experience. The movers left us with a huge refrigerator and a Basketball goal. The two hardest objects to move were left for amateurs while the professionals took the easy boxes and furniture.

I've used Two Men and a Truck several times before and had amazing experience. This time around it was a little disappointing. The movers, while polite and professional, took their time moving things. A bedroom suite and 30 boxes should not have taken 4 hours to move. Granted they were moving things items from a 3rd floor, a grown man should not be carrying a single light wall painting in a single trip. It also shouldn't take 5 minutes to tie your shoe. I understand that they did not have another move scheduled for that afternoon but I feel like they should have hustled a little. The rails from several dresser drawers were also damaged, I'm guessing when they were wrapping up the dresser as they were just thrown inside the drawer (a heads up would have been nice).
