My experience was great. The three movers were awesome - they were so courteous, respectful and did a great job with our move. I was very impressed with these guys. Great attitudes. I am still trying to get a wood stove moved that was not part of my initial request. I would like to speak with someone about this. I have left two messages for andquot;Jamesandquot; - Thank you!

The day started with the movers being an hour and a half late. Then, the two men treated our job as if they didn't really know what they were doing. They didn't really wrap the furniture resulting in many dozens of scratches over multiple pieces of furniture. Then they couldn't finish the loading because one of the men wasn't safe in trying to carry a heavy piece of furniture and twisted his back. This slowed down the entire process and since we're paying by the hour, cost us significantly more money. After a while the operations manager was called and while he came to help unload the truck, this still resulted in the move having to take multiple days - disrupting our schedules.

We had used Two Men and a Truck on two previous occasions and had great success. But we won't anymore.

Two Men and a Truck is a great service. The movers were helpful and courteous with all of my furniture. They made sure to protect everything as much as possible. I was very happy with the service.
