As I told the young lady who called to follow up on our move, we were extremely satisfied and thought the 3 movers were excellent in their work, their courteousness, excellent manners, and they worked great together as a team. We will for sure recommend and use you when needed. Although at this moment, we hope to never move again. We are tired. But your team made it as easy as we could have ever expected. They were out of the mattress bag I ordered and they were out of other moving supplies. Consequently, when I got around to hanging my flat screen tv on the wall and turned it on, there was a crack in the screen. I failed to pay EXTRA for insurance so I won't bother filing a claim since the basic coverage is only 60cents per pound. Lesson learned!!

This time we had a bit of an issue. The original driver was apparently over hours and could not drive the day we were scheduled along with another issue regarding trucks being out of state. We ended up having to wait almost 4 hours for the team to show up. Once they arrived they made short work of the job though and were on their way quickly. From my understanding the delivery went very well also.

We had a very large house to move I called the office a couple of times with my concern with not having enough room on the truck. We ended up taking 11 hours Pack the truck even though it’s completely packing the entire house. Many items were left behind. I had to rent another truck to get the rest of the items. The movers did not wrap offering down items necessary to the bedrooms. And they did not attach mirrors back to the dressers in the bathrooms. I will not use your service ever again and you will receive bad reviews for me going forward. The movers were not experienced enough to know all of her items couldn’t fit in the truck. I spent $2000 for a whole days worth I tip them 150 and I still had to pay more money and get another truck this is despite all the stress.

We moved from Atlanta, Ga to Ft. Worth, Tx & it could not have gone better! Marsavia & the other worker were awesome - knew exactly how to do everything to make it fit. They were pleasant at all times & I can’t say enough good things about them! They were simply awesome!!
