I have sent a damage claim as well as an email to the office I received service from. From beginning to end my service was horrible. They scheduled me for a 1 bedroom move with only 2 guys and I have a 4 bedroom house. It took three times the time to complete. The guys were careless with my property and damaged several pieces of expensive furniture. Then denied and tried to place blame on me. I have never in my life experienced such horrible service before. They gave me a measly 10% discount at the end and I paid the ultimate price overall with a high bill which I paid and damaged furniture for their mistakes. Horrible business ethic. I will never recommend this office to anyone.

The two gentlemen that my bed my family and I were the best. Better then any team I have ever had. I will recommend just because of them.

Overall an ok experience. Could have used more care in getting furniture out, in, and setup. Some beds still not stable. Refrigerator not running properly. Scuffed door frames, ceilings, floors.

This was a difficult move from Atlanta to Charlotte. I told the office staff the new home was 3 stories with no elevator. Bill told me they would travel the night before and be fresh the day of the move. The men actually traveled from Atlanta that morning then had a HARD move ahead of them. Noah did most of the moving. One of the men just gave out before the day was through. I found boxes left in my garage the next day. Their attitude was exceptional but physically Noah carried most of the weight. My husband and Noah actually finished the job themselves while the other two men emptied the truck. This move was too difficult for the crew that was sent.

Everyone I encountered did her or his job well. The movers were really thorough, worked very hard, were courteous, and efficient. DJ, Scottie, Shelbin, and Charlie were top notch guys.
