The packers and movers were great guys, they were efficient, on time and pleasant.

They came early and got right to work. They did not stop until I was all moved in.

The team I had was excellent! The head of the team was James Mials. They were friendly and very efficient.

They arrived much earlier than expected, which was great, but we hit rush hour traffic so that really drove the price up. One guy spent the majority of time trying to put my bed frame back together, while the other did all of the heavy lifting. Not only did he not put the bed together right and I had to redo it after they left, he wasted a good bit of time that could have been spent helping the other carry in boxes, so another thing that drove the price up. My things got pretty banged up and some have damage, and a broom of mine was never taken in so that's gone.

Furniture broken, inexperienced mover, disagreements with actual logistics of the move, no chain of command, no help from my point of contact and instructions about storage packing not followed, Extremely dissatisfied .

From the first contact with the office through the delivery of the furniture to its destination, everyone was professional efficient, and friendly. Great customer service by every person I came into contact with. This is a sign of great leadership! Thanks so much!

Overall the team did an alright job of moving our stuff to the new home. We had several boxes and other equipment that were left out as they could not get it on the truck within their allotted time. As a result, we had to make at least a dozen trips to move out everything. Inventory inspection was poor as they did not access the time required to load and unload based on the items. Only one mattress was covered - rest were left as is and had dirt by the time they delivered. From the first phone call to the one before the move, I mentioned that our new home had a steep driveway, and that we need smaller trucks that can come up easily. That message was not communicated well - they ended up sending us a big truck that could not come up. Movers had to move the items to a smaller truck and bring

My movers were exceptional, the best I have ever had, and I have moved a lot! They were well dressed, courteous, friendly, professional, helpful, dedicated, careful, and were genuinely great guys.

The team of men that moved our furniture were pleasant, professional, friendly and efficient. We would be happy to have these men in our house again, they were great.
