Our guys were late because of DOT regulations, so I understand that...but I wish the office staff would have communicated this to me instead of telling me it was due to traffic.
The movers were AMAZING. I could not have asked for a better crew. They took care of my furniture and moved fast and efficient. I am VERY impressed with their level of professionalism. I would highly recommend them to a friend and would use again (hopefully I won't be moving again for a while).

Supposed to be at my home at 9am...called at 7 & was told they wouldn’t be there till 11:15...then I was called again at 11 & was told they wouldn’t be there until 12:15...unacceptable! Not my problem that 2 people quit that morning. You should have a backup plan for that!
