I did have a problem with a couple of broken items which I had packed myself in bubble wrap so I will accept that. They did hit the door with one of the hand trucks and had used some paint left over from the builders to try and repair. Also several boxes did not end up where they should have, as they would have had to be moved into the area by hand and not by hand truck.

The movers did not know how to get the desk out of the office - they tried for two hours - we paid them by the hour - don't do this! It took my dad and myself 20 minutes the next day! In this process of them trying to move it they damaged the top of the desk! They dropped our Chimanea. They said they would take care of it and pay for it. The office staff took a long time (several days) to call us back and then told us "nope, we are not paying for it, only 60 cents on the dollar of weight! Watch what you sign. The movers were very nice - they office manager - not very professional.

Over all the experience was acceptable with the exception of a few items such as: broken glass shelf in china closet, banged up furniture, chewed up stair on old house, and dented threshold on new house.

They took too many breaks and they broke my handle on my dresser. I called the office and filled out claim paperwork but haven’t heard from anyone. I’ve been calling everyday and no one is returning the calls.

Two Men and a Truck did an outstanding job for us ! The office staff was very courteous, helpful and efficient. They kept us up to date throughout the process from the initial contact though a follow up call after the move to make sure we were well pleased. The three men (James, Tye and Kyle) who performed the move were extremely courteous, helpful and pleasant to work with. They handled every item carefully and professionally, including a very heavy upright piano that has been in the family for over 50 years. I would strongly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone anticipating moving. We hope to not be moving again soon, but would certainly use Two Men and a Truck again whenever we do.

The head mover,Theo, was good and did a good job with his part, but his team was not very good. The runners especially seemed to do as little as possible, especially as it got later. I asked them if they got specific items from the storage building, patio and bonus room, since I have difficulty walking and climbing stairs and could not easily check and I had not seen them. I was assured that they were already loaded, but when I checked the next day I found many of the things still there and have had to move them myself. While Theo was putting the beds etc together, the runners were to place the boxes as marked. I have found wrong boxes placed all over the house and have had to move them myself. For what I paid I am very disappointed.

This was the worst moving experience ever. They didn't even know how to operate a hand truck. They we're weak. Several times I had to step in and pickup. Will never use again.

Two Men and a truck did a great job! Sales rep was exceptional and same for the guys that moved us! Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone moving.
