damaged gutters (from moving truck rolling back), several items left in the house (had to come back), several dings to house and items, moving truck took out a VERY large branch on my pecan tree, ran truck into my house power line. I really had to stay on the crew while unloading to do what I asked. They just wanted to be done. Very obvious.
Not a great experience for us.

1mover was training the other which made the loading very slow. I was quoted to move 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen table & chairs, and even a lawnmower. These guys only moved 2 bedrooms and the kitchen table and my bill was still the same as the quote! Makes no sense. This is a situation where you guys quote low and take your time loading to keep the cost high! I’m contacting the better business bureau if I do not hear from your customer satisfaction team immediately. There was a hole put in the wall at the home I was renting and no one called me to repair it in a timely manner. Ginger

The movers broke a few things and should have been a bit more careful, and I think should have been a little more efficient in losing the truck for space considerations, but overall we got the majority of our things to our new home.

It was good. There was damage of some of my glassware that was quite expensive. The driver was not the one responsible. Heavy cangoods were packed in the kitchen on top of fragile glassware. Most kitchen stuff was just thrown in, no packing just a mess at unpacking.

On the day of our move I contacted the office to see where my team was because I had called twice prior to request an early start due to my home closing schedule. The office told me that I had requested a “later start” and that's why they are late. The team showed up after the 9 to 9:30 window. Despite that the team was very courteous and did what they could to get our items out of the house quickly and in time. We just made it thanks to their efforts. On the other end, the team did a good job unloading and placing our belongings in the rooms that we requested. One thing we were not thrilled about was several of our appliances had deep scuffs and paint rub marks from the transport and our upstairs wall corner had a large chunk taken out and a door frame scratched. Overall a good service.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The only downside was the TV that was broken. The men were professional, kind, courteous,and cognizant of walls/furniture etc. It was raining so it was not the best of conditions. Overall, we were very pleased. Nicole has been great to work with! We appreciate the help and excited to be in our new house. Thank you and God bless!

Overall, our experience with Two Men and a Truck was very good. The only negative issue that we encountered was having two of our items broken (a tri-fold mirror that goes on top of a dresser was dropped and the middle panel was shattered while the it was still in our house waiting to be moved and a glass shelf that goes in a china cabinet was broken in half in transit...which I feel would not have happened if it had been placed on an even surface). We were told that a representative from their office would contact us and come out to our house to conduct an evaluation of the broken items and make restitution for those items...but a week has now gone by and we have not heard anything from anyone.

Other than this particular issue, the crew that moved us was excellent.

Guys left handprints and fingerprints all over my walls, tore my brand new vinyl flooring, and broke my daughter’s vanity. They sent me a check for $27 for the vanity (the vanity was $1000 brand new) and I haven’t heard a word about repairing my brand new home. I’m so upset and unhappy!
