Beginning with Steve who came to give me an estimate, the agreed upon times to meet and move were right on time. The service was fast fast and efficient at both ends of the move. I was especially impressed with the camaraderie of my moving team. They were fast at the load and unload but were also interacting with each other and with me in a friendly and amusing way. It made the experience a lot less stressful, even when getting my baby grand down and then up 19 steps! (Up appeared to be much harder!)

Kevin and his brother were awesome! They worked very quickly and efficiently, being very careful and courteous. They were the best team for the job. I've moved 6 times in the past few years and this was one of the best experiences. Thank you!

The three men that assisted us to unload two 26' Penske trucks were SIMPLY AMAZING!!

I would recommend them to anyone moving. They work as a TEAM and really enjoy their job. They made us feel important as customers. If we need your services again, I would ask specifically for them. All three men need to be recognized for their customer service skills,politeness, and hard work! David and his crew were awesome! They worked their butts off and I was totally impressed. All 4 guys were very nice, polite and professional and we would use two men and a truck again no doubt.

Your crew worked hard and steady. Good communication between each other and myself. No property was damaged and I felt like they cared about my property. Very polite and well spoken. Great job.

I really liked my drivers as they were friendly and worked very quickly and efficiently. The administrative staff did a great job putting the quote together and following up after delivery. I gave 3 stars as the day after the delivery I started to notice things that I was missing as I started to unpack. I don’t know what happened or where those boxes are.

Team dud a great job in protecting furniture, could have worked a little faster. Move should have taken at the most 6.75 hrs. Ended up taking 8.75

My movers were great. Very helpful and listened to instructions. Also very hard working. What I didn’t like was I informed the office that I’d be moving from one 4 story walk up to another 4 story walk up and they only send two people. The two people worked as fast as they could but I still cut them off at 4 hours because of the cost. The estimate said 2.5 to 4 hours but it would’ve taken a lot longer. I closed out and moved the rest of the stuff myself. I think the company needs to do a better job on estimating the time it would take to move and how many people will be needed when they are informed of a hard move like this. Again my movers were absolutely great. I’d even consider hiring them outright. But the way the company is structured you’re setting people up to spend a lot more money when moving is expensive enough.

The office staff and movers were very efficient and very polite and nice. The movers were able to come early and finished quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is the fact that I was expected to have cash on hand to pay the balance. That just seems a bit unreasonable, even though I assume it saves you from having to pay the credit company.
