Best move I’ve ever experienced. James and Randy the lead movers were most meticulous movers I’ve experienced. No damage of any kind, on time, and very thorough in all respects. I will highly recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK TO anyone.

We have used this firm several times. Even with a few problems at times, they resolve the situation quickly. Seems to be a problem with communication between the different locations in the metro Atlanta area. As soon as I was able to reach the correct person , this move went smooth. The problem WAS NOT with the men who was moving us. More of a problem with management between the person who arranged our move , the warehouse , the storage, and the men. Need to resolve this. maybe some training in the upper management areas. aside from that, I still rate you as excellent.

Our moving team, Gary and Renard, were absolutely fabulous. Their attention to the protection of our valuables was spot on. We would hire them again without hesitation. Thanks to Two Men and a Truck for excellence in how your employees are trained, and for how they execute that training 120%!

Overall, I was not satisfied. My move time was scheduled for 8 am and then postponed until 12, which was acceptable and understanding. However, it was not acceptable that I had to wait until 6 pm to finally have my team arrive. Now, my team was coueteous and kind but the initial apology was not very professional. All I got was a "sorry, my bad" when they first got there. However, the service they provided was good and the other communication was professional. Also, the discount given to me for the late move was less than adequate because I really feel like my day was wasted. The discount should be more fair and take the customer's time and feelings into consideration. The move time for 2 hours is expensive so only getting 10% of that is a little disappointing.

Very difficult move. Movers were 4 hours late and no communication from staff. Sales took my information wrong do movers were not prepared. Furniture damaged. Supervisor rude and unprofessional. Afternoon move took 2 days. Still waiting on information concerning furniture replacement and repair.

The movers were professional, courteous, friendly, and fast. Great job.

The team that picked up my funiture... first one was was on the the ball and the other was
new and had to be taught.
The men who delivered were great and knew what they were doing.
An old antique table leg was broken, a gold leaf mirror was broken on the end and that was done from Loading.
I want to be compensated for the damages

My team of Justin and Keith was exceptional. Everything from the first call to office to my final move was professional and positive. These guys work hard for you and bring great energy. I will absolutely use them again!!!

Jordan and Malik did a fantastic job! They kept things going and with a great attitude. The office staff was very prompt and pleasant to deal with.
