While I enjoyed the sea of setting up the move, the delay due to traffic in my opinion was poor planning and a poor excuse. The lead driver for this move Cyrus was excellent but the others he had with him stood around while he did most of the unloading and all of the work! This lack of help made it take far longer than it should and I had to even help unload in order to speed up the process because it was so late in the evening when the crew arrived delayed by over 3 hours.

When I requested some compensation for this, I was basically told no that this was not the company’s fault. When you don’t make a promised delivery time, that is pops service in my opinion!

I was pleased by the initial contact with the sales person, Steve, and the negotiation of the agreement. I was pleased that the operations person, Keith, stopped by on the day of the move to check on how things were going. I was pleased with the movers, Cyrus and Jesse, as they were very professional and worked hard to make the move an excellent one. I was pleased that the furniture was arranged well in the storage space which ensured it was adequate. I was pleased that the home office contacted me before and after the move to confirm the move and ask if it was handled well. Overall it was an excellent move. It was handled in a professional manner and with a number of positive communications.

The two men that moved my things were very efficient and very professional!

Andre and Jimmy were courteous friendly in on time despite having to move everything up in the pouring rain they did a wonderful job! There were just a couple of small mishaps but Two Men and a Truck responded quickly and resolved the matter. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again in the future.

The two gentlemen that helped me out gave me a courtesy call before they arrived. I appreciated the heads up. They were courteous when they arrived, and took care of my items, wrapping what needed to be wrapped, taping up what needed to be protected. They even removed the door when a large item had to be moved. I appreciate their timeliness. There was no slacking or goofing off. They both had a sense of humor as well, which is appreciated under this stressful pressure of moving. Thank you, Jimmy and Chad.

James and deshawn were outstanding gentlemen and very professional as movers. Truly outstanding. I would let them guard our children!!!!!

My experience with Two Man and a Truck was flawless. The office staff was upbeat and friendly. And we really enjoyed our movers, Dashaun and Chad. They were total professionals!
