Movers were very professional, however, the quantity of paperwork I had to sign was WAY too much. One sheet of paperwork should have been sufficient to sign and authorize anything that needed to be signed and/or approved.

Simply the best. Staff and movers were professional, helpful, and very polite. Will refer them and use their services again.

Haved used your service multiple times before and am always pleased. Company not so big that you’ve lost your ability to care but big enough that you can provide consistently great service. Even when you were smaller, I was pleased. Movers are kind, caring, do a great job always. Support staff as well. Honestly, I don’t even look at other services because I know I can trust you guys. I love that the service is billed hourly, so the more we’ve done upfront, the better. But if we can’t get it all done upfront, you are willing to jump in and get the move done regardless, with maybe a little more cost, which is fair. But the move gets done, which is most important to me! Thank you!

Two men delivered all they promised. The moving team was just great! They worked hard and were very pleasant and helpful.

I liked the overall experience, but thought that the time it took as too long so it added to the cost. I also did not like the lead guy stating that "tips are not necessary but appreciated" basically asking for a tip is the way I took it. I always tip movers based on their performance, but I do not like being asked for a tip. I was more impressed with the helpers than with the lead guy. He was okay, but could have used some training. The young guy Jamie was the most impressive of the three in my opinion. These guys were good - don't get me wrong. I think my rating shows that, but that one interaction that started out the day, was my least favorite.

My move was heartwrenching and the movers were above and beyond some of the kindest people I've met in a long time. They took great care with my property, as I expected they would, but their assistance in making an already hard event as painless as possible was wonderful. I'm very grateful.

John is my name and Cyrus was my team leader. Cryus did an excellent job as we had a lot of stuff to move. He put it in the right areas except for the Juke box and it was too wet to go to the basement. We accepted his decision not to move it there. He is very professional ands cared for our property.
