Michael and Janai were awesome - showed up right on time - took great with furniture even repairing (tightening) a couple of tables before leaving. Could not have asked for more professional service - friendly, courteous and treated house and furniture with care. Would definitely recommend them to others needing a moving service.

The guys were amazing - super efficient, super professional, and made moving easy, which is not an easy job.

Movers were excellent and provided a prompt and professional service.
The only area that could be improved on would be a confirmatory phone call the day before. I did not get one and as I moved over the Memorial Day weekend, I was not able to reach anyone at the office on day of move to confirm.
Other than that small matter, I was very satisfied with the move. Great mover team!

One of the movers, Johnathan was exceptional. He drove the truck, packed and moved the heavy furniture, and did the paper work. Wow. He is a treasure and should be paid accordingly. You can't find that level of skill in everyone.

I would prefer to wait until my refrigerator that has $1900.00 worth of damage is repair/replaced before I give you my opinion of your service. I will be happy to fill out another survey when my issues are solved.

I don't remember the name of the two gentlemen who helped me . The taller of the two complained constantly his tone constantly conveyed his irritation and complained regularly With how much there was to move . Yes moving is an overwhelming experience .I understand and that is why we hired professionals . The other gentleman had a great attitude and although he was exhausted he never complained . We tipped each of the two gentleman $50 . As we were very grateful for their help . However the constant complaining was a real train on our energy as well as totally unprofessional.

Leading up to the move date, I experienced confusing messages. It took a long time to receive an estimate and even receive a erroneous cancellation email. The men that arrived for packing and moving was on time and very professional and worked very hard. The move took longer than estimated (as well as compared to my previous moves). One small complaint, the crew did not install one of my bed frames properly. The slats to support the bed was placed incorrectly (and randomly screwed) and some of the screws were left unscrewed so it poked into the mattress. The bed is not of great value to me, but I wished they would have just told me they didn't know how to install it and I would have done it myself. Overall the crew was very courteous and professional. Will recommend to others.

There was overall care in the work but too many little damages happened. And my shelving units were completely mis handled, no saved parts, essentially rendering them useless after the move after having them for years and several moves.

First I was given the time of 12pm, then the paperwork stated around 1, they showed up at 2:15 only after I called to find out what where they were. The movers did not have tools to take apart my bedroom, which meant one mover spent time calling the main office to see if someone could bring tools, which never happened. If it was not for a friend of mine who had tools AND took apart the furniture, even more time would have been wasted. Since I was charged by the time, having someone calling around to find tools wasted time, also by them coming later than expected we got caught up in Clairemont traffic. Also I was told I was charged $5 for a mattress cover to protect my bed, that did not happen, they moved the mattress uncoverd. The movers were professional.

Our movers were absolutely amazing! They worked efficiently & got done moving under the amount of time they said, so it didn't cost as much as we thought it would. They were so nice as well, & took great care of our stuff. I would request that exact team again if I were to move again! EXCELLENT!!!!
