My moving team showed up on time but took twice as long to load the truck because they insisted on using the elevator instead of the stairs.

Once the team began to unload my belongings they damaged items and left multiple deep scratches in my hardwood floors after I advised them not to.

They have also yet to return my complex’s elevator key and I have now been charged a fine.

All-in-all you could say I am disappointed.

Overall my experience was positive. My initial quote was a flat rate but once the movers arrived they asked for an additional $300. The movers worked in a timely manor but could have been a bit more careful with our items. For example, a cabinet was scratched and our light-colored sofa wasn't' wrapped so it became dirty.

Damage walls in my brand new house.
Movers extended lunch break, probably making extra money for company and themselves. They could have done a faster job but was taking advantage of me. I am telling everyone about what happened so the next guy will not have damage walls or pay extra for milking the clock.

My overall experience was wonderful. I did have a minor damage to a piece of furniture, but Two Men & A Truck stepped up to the plate and fixed the damage. I will definately use them again!

The move went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The movers did not take great care of my property however. They broke a picture frame, they broke a bathroom storage cabinet and cracked a leg on our island table. Quick move and efficient but they needed to take better care of our property. They seemed rushed the entire time to get to their next job because of a delay we had with a broken elevator earlier in the day.

Multiple items were damaged in my move. The franchise acknowledges damages but doesn't respond to email or phone calls after the move to repair/replace damaged items.

Very disappointed in the overall service. My last 2 moves cost $700 or less and were harder and this was around $1,600 for less furniture and having the freight elevator available (which was not available when moved in). Damage to baby crib. Important lost items that I still cannot find (Where are they?). I have always had a high regard for 2 Men and a Truck but this will be the last time I use them and will no longer recommend them to others. This is completely unacceptable. My entire family and friends are in the real estate business one way or another and deal with people moving everyday. I have let them know of this experience and they will stop recommending 2 men and a truck going forward unless things get remedied. This is completely 100% unacceptable!

BEWARE!!! We used Two Men and a Truck for a local move. The movers were on time and completed the move correctly; however, at the end of the move after being tipped $160 dollars on a $550 dollar local move, one employee STOLE a lawn edger out of our garage. We didn’t notice until a few weeks later, when we searched VIDEO CAMERAS (which are all over our house) and were shocked that an employee of Two Men and a Truck stole from us. We notified Two Men and a Truck, but after a week of getting the run around, not much has been communicated, and we still have not been reimbursed for the stolen equipment. I would not recommend the Chamblee, GA Two Men and a Truck location to anyone given this situation

We take accusations of theft very seriously. Please contact the authorities to file a report. They are best suited to handle a matter of this gravity. We will work with them in any way that they see fit and will make the employees available to them if they see fit.
