The worst experience! It took 2 guys to move a small one bedroom apartment an way to long at this price I could have bought all new stuff ! Called the office with several complaints and the manager Christine basically did not believe me ! Yet I will not ever use you all again ! I plan on moving in the next year and gee at the time it took to move one room I have 8 bedrooms ! And the 2 guys were talking about there tip and other things the entire time !!!!!

This does not sound like a typical one of our customers or their experience. I know Christine came out on move day to help ensure you were satisfied and we stayed within the budgeted amount of time which was quoted per the industry standards given your inventory, but if you're still unhappy please reach back out to directly so we can address your concerns. We never want to disappoint a customer!

The movers disregarded the fact that we told them the marble tabletop should be removed and wrapped separately. It was very heavy. They kept the tabletop in and upon arrival at destination it was broken and shattered. And the break scarred the wooden frame of tabletop. Completely destroyed. They also nearly dropped a king size headboard if we had not intervened and caught it. It would have damaged our wood floor.
