Our move was handled efficiently by the office and the moving teams. There was good communication before the move and the moving team was professional and kept a great pace throughout the day.

Your movers failed to follow the requirements of our landlord in regards to protective coverings for walls and floors. This resulted in the building security raising the issue with your movers. One of your movers became upset and laid hands on the building security guard. This resulted in our own employees and your staff being ejected from the building and a report filed with the police.

We are so sorry to hear about this Matt. I spoke with Amy, the manager of your complex and she stated that this was false information. We then called the Alpharetta Police and they said that they were never dispatched on the day of your move nor was any report filed as of today 4/12. We take accusations like this very seriously and I would like to get this resolved. I have reached out to you a few times. Could you please give me a call so that we can discuss this. 770-457-0111
