Josh and Howard were both incredibly professional and had a sense of urgency that made me feel confident in my decision. They were also very patient and courteous of any decisions I had to make on where to place things. I appreciate them making the whole experience easy.

Movers were efficient and protected my belongings well.
Even with a steep driveway, they took the time to ensure the truck was as even as possible to ensure safe storage, both for them and my belongings.

Your office team was great. Your movers not so good. They left several very obvious items in the garages. Thankfully your office team corrected the situation quickly. Poor, poor service by the truck team. You can ask Channing to see the pictures of how much they left. All items to be moved were in the garage, not in a closet, not in the basement of scattered around and they failed.

Great communication before day of move and the morning of. The mover did break one of my crates, but it's not something that can be fixed without extensive work, and I knew they couldn't at the time. Besides that, they seemed to be respectful of my property and parcels. There were some very fragile items (heavily marked with orange "fragile" tape, but who knows until we unpack. Overall, good.

Both Johnnie and Jywanza were superb! They arrived right on time, carefully loaded and unloaded our furniture. They were respectful of our property and professional in their interactions with us. Strong men with a great work ethic! Pleasant to deal with.
