So the movers were professional and nice but they didn’t wrap any off my stuff and at the end they said that I should get money back because the move was under 2 hours. I called corporate and they apologized that the team said that and then said sorry that they didn’t mention the minimum when booking. I’m big on transparency and communication and that fell short here. I don’t know if I’d use again

Everything was good. Had 2 broken glass items. A lamp and and frame. Could have been from move in or out of storage used two men both times. Could have slowed down and been more careful with fragile items, but at the same time appreciated the speed.

Your guys came on time, very professional, good humored, and treated my things with great care. Would hire this duo again without hesitation.

Very pleased with the team that assisted me with my move. Ended up with three crew members instead of two, which made things go faster. Communication, timeliness and efficiency were all amazing! Did find a couple nicks and scratches on some furniture pieces after unpacking, but I understand no move is perfect. Thanks for the help!

Van and King were awesome! The only issue was that I was supposed to have 3 men and only 2 showed.

I scheduled a small move and was very pleased with Bakari and Jaylen. The scheduling process was easy, communication was good, and the guys were in contact with me and on time. They were pleasant and speedy, and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
