I was pleased with the speed of James and Jamie. The only reason that I did not give them an excellent rating was two dings in the drywall and scratches on the door frame. (New house). Martha

James and Jamie are the best! So polite, courteous and very positive. Not a bump or a scratch on anything. It just doesn't get any better when it comes to the stress of moving and breakable, valuable antique precious items. They made it all seem so easy! And they are VERY strong. What a comfort to have them handle it all for us old folks. Love you guys!

This was my first move in 17 years and I was having to downsize. Von and all of the office staff took the time to help me organize and manage the logistics of the move even when those logistics changed twice. They were always patient and never treated me like I was studio or ignorant. The the men that moved me were professional and courteous. I could tell they were knowledgeable and took great care of my antiques and marble. It was an overall wonderful experience and I will always recommend them and continue to the company’s praises. I remember when it was the original 2 men and a truck! What a success story.

Office staff responded promptly. They did underestimate how much help we needed based on our inventory. Four men were hired but six would have been more appropriate. It was a HUGE task for four men. They were on time, pleasant, hard-working and gave it their all.

My aunt’s moving experience could not have been better! Our movers were most courteous, hard-working, and knowledgable. They took the utmost care with my aunt’s possessions from beginning to end. We had some requests about loading sequence which were followed to perfection. So happy with our movers, with attitude and job performance! We highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!!

No one mentioned to me that you didn't move live plants . Also was told I had a tall lamp that couldnt be moved unless it was taken apart. These 2 things were a surprise

It is in our pre-move letter that we send out to all customers when the move is booked that we are not able to transport living plants. As for the lamp, there are many styles that can be damaged during transport if not disassembled. We always want to do what is best for the customer and ensure we protect their belongings, even if that means its best for us not to move the particular item knowing there's a good chance it will get damaged.
