Really appreciated the rapid response to my request for the move. Excellent office staff and the two movers were very accommodating and willing to work with me to personalize my move. The move was efficient and my boxes arrived intact and were placed right where I wanted them. They were able to move the furniture in my house where I needed it to go with very little effort and no mess.

The team leader Kevin was a polite gentleman in customer care. Helper Martin was a loud mouth, rude, crude, disrespectful arrogant @ presumptuous. 1st 15 mins he asked me 3 times, if I was a good Tipper. I just responded with a smile so next time he asked me if I was cheap.? He was very rude to my helping friend for no reason. Kevin heard some of his remarks & looked sick with embarrassment.

Mony...I am so sorry for the unprofessional character of our mover. We actually have a professional conduct policy we have all our employees sign because we truly believe in caring for our customers and being professional at all times. We have already addressed this issue with Martin so that it does not happen again. We appreciate you letting us know so we can take the appropriate corrective actions.
