The moving crew damaged walls, lights, paint and floor at my new place. They did not wrap art work, mirrors until they got out to the truck. They took several breaks on my paid time and had to return for missing items.
Then tried to charge for extra hours to get the missing items. Needless to say, I would not recommend this crew. The office team has been responsive thus far but will see.

I am so impressed with two men and a truck! This is my second time this month to use their services, and they have been professional, efficient, punctual, and empathetic. Overall the move went well. Packing up went well. We ran into issues when we arrived at the new home. Labeled boxes were not placed in the appropriate room. There was very little communication with the moving team with us. They seemed to want to get the boxes in the house and leave. We had to specifically ask them to move boxes to correct room. Since several boxes were stacked many missed be moved

One of the 2 guy that showed up in the middle of the move left the site and got picked up from random person. Could not lift the the furniture ended up damaging my Viking Fridge and 4 of my shelves.
