I have used 2 Men and a Truck in Michigan, Illinois and now Florida and expect to continue to use 2 Men . . when the need arises. My recent experience was with the West Palm Beach location and I highly recommend them. The office staff, especially Dawn, (who was my go-to) was very friendly & thorough. My moving men all had great attitudes too. They were careful & worked quickly to get the job done. I was asked to rate satisfaction of my experience from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest score. If 10 was an option that would be my satisfaction rating for this experience. For anyone who has not used 2 Men and a Truck I would suggest giving them a call. For me, preparations of moving has always been a little stressful & 2 Men and a Truck have made it such a smooth, carefree experience.

Kerry the appointment setter was shady regarding costs I trusted what she said when the men finished the Job they were excellent by the Way Keith the Lead mover was super professional and his two assistants did a fine job but when questioning costs at the end putting Kerry on the phone on speaker it was horrific the way she talked to me in front of the movers as well as her manager whenhe came on the Line He on the other hand was First class I’ve been a director with Marriott for over 30 years Customer Seevice is Number one her conduct has a simple solution Fir her to be Terminated this type of conduct Believe Me was not her first and if so removing her would Increase your Buisness thanks To her no tip was given she needs to Pay them I’d love to see that I myself helped in the move Too
