Your office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On moving day, Pedro, Carlos, and Peter could not have been more professional. The guys were efficient and communicated well and made our big moving day as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and, while I don't expect to move again, I would not hesitate to call upon them again, or refer them to friends and family! Well done!

I Have used your service before and had a great experience. This time around...not so much. The first words uttered to me was "we might be able to move all your stuff today". So naturally, I was upset. I ended up moving a ton of stuff myself! I helped the movers carry stuff to their truck. Why pay $800 when the whole move started off with we might not be able to move your stuff, I got bruised all over assisting with the move, and not everything was moved?! I had to go to my old apartment finish my patio. I am super upset with the service. I will not be using the service again.

The movers did an excellent job we’re very friendly and professional It seems the management team does not know what they’re doing. We were late getting started because they were sent to the wrong site. And they weren’t given a big enough truck so all of her furniture did not fit and we had to take trips with our own vehicle. One of the Movers went home sick the office never sent a replacement therefore it took an extra five hours or so to move. And the management wanted to charge us double what our estimate was.

They were dressed in professional uniforms. They were kind and caring. I really loved the experience and will continue to used them if needed and refer the services to others. Thank you

Move went smoothly except that the crew arrived almost 2 hours late. I had been warned that it might happen, but it was a little inconvenient. However, it will not prevent me from us using the company again.

One point of confusion for both the office staff and the movers was due to the web site. I don't recall seeing any way on the web site to indicate the destination property was multi-story, while the originating property was a single story. When I filled out the web form I remember choosing between house and condo, but couldn't find a townhome option. I picked condo for the destination thinking it might convey there was a gated complex. But don't remember finding an option to say it was multiple floors.

When my wife & I put our house on the market we did not expect it to sell as quickly as it did, and the buyers could not commit to an actual closing date. Once they did finally select a date we had less than one month to pack up our house and move. I've know Joel & Janelle through their membership in the Central Palm Beach Chamber & their activity throughout the community, and when I asked if they would be able to handle our move, even though they were already extremely busy and booking up quickly, they assured me they would be able to accommodate us. I have to say this was the best conversation I've ever had. Joel and his team were outstanding in handling all the details, and made our stressful much more enjoyable.
