The team that came out to pack us up was excellent. Requested same team to redeliver our furniture. They were courteous professional and just did a great job. We had a few scrapes on our wall but aside from that and looking at the circumstances which was coming up 2 half flights of stairs with a turn, I would have expected that anyway. Highly recommend!

Our third move using 2M+Truck. Always great experience, during a challenging time. The entire process was perfect. From Carla Thomas' appointment set up to our delivery team of James and Carlos - smooth as possible. We will not only use 2M+Truck again, but will refer service to others.

First off, the office person was very helpful and accommodating. I needed to schedule a last minute move for the next day, and she was able to fit me in. She had a great attitude and went out of her way to assist me. The next day my movers called me to let me know that they were on their way. My movers that day were Drew and Marcus. I have to say these two were the best movers I have ever dealt with. They were professional, had a great attitude, and handled my furniture with a lot of care. They were very quick and delivered my belongings in the time frame specified. Not to mention they were very friendly, and had the most professional attitudes and appearance. I can't say enough, but I would definitely recommend this company and these two guys! Thank you so much Two Men and A Truck!

The guys were great, quick and efficient. Did not damage any of my walls even carrying heavy items down a narrow staircase. Listened to directions and were overall friendly. Great guys.

3 Men and a Truck were the best. From the first phonecall with Carla to moving day, 2 Men and a Truck exceeded all expectations. It is a stressful time, yet with the professionals that moved me, they truly made the move a pleasant experience. James was the lead along with the Team, Carlos and Orane. They made it seem effortless. I was assured by James at the beginning that there was nothing they could not or would not do. And he kept his promise!!! They had me moved in less time then was quoted and I was charging accordingly. Honesty with the people that work for the company was admiral and appreciated. You can’t buy that. Thank you James, Carlos, and Orane. You guys are the best. Thank you again Carla, for putting up with my day and time changes and doing it with such patience. The BEST

I was very pleased with the two men that were assigned to help me move my belongs even though they were unaware of the many task I.e. traveling up and down several flights of stairs, the difficultly of moving several heavy pieces of furniture and the amount of furniture. However they were very professional ,extremely quick and determined to uphold your company’s standards. I do think it was unfair that they were unaware of the task that they were sent out to do. I explained very clearly to Dawn about the move. However when the movers showed up the information was never relayed to them. I would recommend this company to other movers. However the lack of communication between office staff and labor staff was very poor and unfair to the labors.

Dawn left off more than half of the inventory I emailed in for a quote. We spoke on the phone and I’m sure we covered it, or I would have remembered a red flag. When she called to confirm, and we realized the emails she sent did not include my master or guest BR OR the living room, it became argumentative. When she revised the quote, within 24 hours of my move (and too little time to find another company), my quote nearly doubled in price. She then sent a revised quote via email, except she sent the exact same document as the first time, leaving off 3 rooms. The moving staff were absolutely wonderful and thank god for them moving as fast as they did that my total cost was only a little more than the original quote. Had Dawn done her job right, I would not have used your company.
