Everything in the move was great. The only issue was that my desk top has a small scratch.

Hi, I am Doris' daughter-in-law, Joanie. I'm the person who booked and requested your services. I am also the person who has used your services in the past and opted to use you for my mother-in-laws move. My personal move in 2018 and now my mother-in-laws move last week both were fantastic. From Carla, the agent who provided us with the quote to Keith and his moving team of Pedro, Daniel and Michel - each person was wonderful. Carla took care of us and handled all of our requests accurately and with a high level of urgency. She was proactive and anticipated our needs, so even before we could ask the question, she called and gave us the answer. Keith, along with each member of his team were careful, friendly, showed a genuine interest and were certainly strong and capable. Thank you all.

I was impressed with the attention to detail and friendliness from John, the young man who came to our house for an estimate. I was impressed (and very grateful) regarding the help I received from Carla in the office, who was not only friendly but patient and understanding! The move itself, and it was a complicated move, went very smooth. The guys, James, Edwin, Dewayne and Carlos V were extremely efficient, polite & friendly, helpful, reassuring, and careful with our belongings. Everyone we worked with did their job excellently! Carla was fantastic! She did an excellent job explaining services and giving move estimate. She was very professional and courteous.
Dwayne and Calvin both did a great job. Professional and easy to work with and they worked very well together.

I have used the company 4 times now. The entire staff, from booking with Carla (who was kind, flexible & accommodating in EVERY way) to actual services rendered have been very professional, excellent and everyone’s work ethics and attitude so respectful & joyful! Keith, Michel & Daniel made my moving truly a JOY. Quality crew!!! Quality men!!! They all worked so hard and so fast to make everything as stress-free as possible for me. I do not have enough words to express how grateful I am for these 3 men, their truck & for Carla. I will continue to recommend your company to anyone who needs help. Devonte and Dwayne were great. They came on time and upon completion of the paperwork promptly got to work and made sure all of my items were protected during the move. They were prepared and knew that we would be making two stops and made sure that my furniture was organized accordingly in the truck so that everything would go smoothly. Based on this experience, I will definitely use two men and a truck for my next move.
