I was rated for 6 hours and turned in to 9.5 hrs. They were slow and inconsistented. They blamed my slow elevator for being slow going to 2nd floor.

Excellent service in scheduling and obtaining quotes. Rashaun and Joseph provided courteous so cooperative and helpful. They did an awesome job.

My only Complaint is that there are not enough Businesses that exemplify what a Business should be. From the first contact, to the Professionalism of the 2 Men that moved our Furniture, the safe and quick delivery, to the last contact with the Office Staff, the whole transaction was a very Pleasant experience... all of which was on such a short notice. I have NEVER Experienced such a smooth Business Service transaction in my 63 years of being on this planet. Gordon, and Abby were very Professional, Courteous, Patient, and Proficient. The Office Staff, Bethany and Shawna were very helpful, professional,and courteous... a Pleasure to talk with. I'll be looking for something else to move, just for another Great Experience. Thank God for 2 men and a Truck. YOU ALL ROCK !!!! Thank you !!!!

We had a wonderful moving experience from the time we first called the company until we were all settled. Our movers, Mike S., Ben, Joe, were professional, courteous, and efficient. They finished ahead of schedule and took excellent care of our property. Thanks to a great crew and a great company.

We had three movers who worked hard and efficiently. Somewhat underestimated the size of the truck that was needed so some things we had to move ourselves after the fact. Also, it was clearly stated and demonstrated that we had an upright piano and yet the truck had no lift gate, which was requested for that purpose. There was some damage to furniture, which we discovered as the movers were finishing up and have filled out the damage form. But since then we're discovering more as we unpack and move things in place around the house: dented freezer door, broken bike tail light and bent fender, chipped buffet, scratched dining room table, chipped entertainment center, so far. The movers seemed to be in a hurry to depart, with the premise they'll save us money. But did they really?
