David on the phone was friendly, professional and helpful in scheduling a last minute pickup for us. Got a call the next morning to let me know the guys were on their way which allowed me the time to meet them at the pickup location. The couch pickup was easy and handled professionally. They dropped it off at my home and the entire move took less than an hour. Will use this company again.

Was quoted up to 1800... end charges were 2135. The invoice given to me (both in estimate and in person after the move was done) showed $189/hr. Workers showed up at 830am and left before 530pm, even if we rounded to 9hrs, this does not equal the 2135 i was charged

We had Carlos, Ace and Jimmy move us. They were excellent. They took great care of our furniture, were professional, and friendly. They moved at a fast but safe pace. Everyone in the office was also professional. I highly recommend this company.

movers visited without a mask. I would have appreciated if they are more precautious of the current situation.
The office team never told me about the transportation time but I was changed for 2.5 hours when the actual move was 2 hours.

The men greeted me with, "I've been better" not a good way to start. They continually complained about the walk from the pod to the apartment building. They stated this is why it took them so long to move. Meanwhile I saw one of the movers smoke 3 cigarettes in the 3 hours he was supposed to be helping me. They complained that I had a lot of items and that my couch was to big.
