I asked for carpet shield (twice) and the office confirmed but the movers didn't bring it. We had the carpet professionally cleaned the previous day because the house was empty, and the movers walked on the carpet with their shoes on. Now the furniture is in the house and can't clean the carpet again. I complained to the office but they didn't get back to me and no action was taken by them.

Alaeddin, we definitely dropped the ball on this one and our guys take full responsibility for overlooking the note stating that you needed additional protective material for your floors. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient that was, and we certainly did not intend to add any more stress to an already tough day. We hope that the refund we issued for the cleaning cost was sufficient, and that you will consider us again in the future to show you we can do a better job. The two that moved us were professional, knowledgeable, caring, showed extreme care. If we ever move again would most definitely go to Two Men and a Truck and will recommend to anyone who needs a moving company.

Overall, I will recommend your company to others. The communication in preparation for the move was clear and precise; David Kornitzer responded to my inquiries with professionalism and in a friendly, welcoming manner. The moving team arrived on time and moved my household items efficiently and in good humor, although I felt a bit sorry when they had to lift boxes of books up a flight of steps.

The team that moved our items were on time and extremely professional. Once the paperwork was completed they began to load the truck. They were going as fast as they could to get it loaded. Since the company charges by the hour we thought it was great that they did their best to get it done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
